Clean venue, convenient and great location within 20 minutes' drive of Hamburg airport. Welcoming staff, new-fashioned rooms with an extra bed, all the comforts, as for instance. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

I had awesome days staying at this secured hotel. I booked a double room with central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk.

Great location, just a short walk from the main station and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. the rooms have a modern and stylish vibe, with nice decoration and a private bathroom 💫.

We couldn't get on the internet until the morning when we left. You had to walk through redlight district to walk downtown.

Wifi internet was not working properly. No free parking. I would call this hotel — indian hotel, all staff is indians and music during breakfast also indian, which is strange because I am trying visiting Germany but not India.

Nice room!

We are not happy about the hotel was situated in a street with lots of sexshops and sexcinemas. We had to walk through this street to get to the center in to the center of the town. There was no air condition in the room, so it was really warm at night.

the shower curtain was earthy, and I didn't want to use the bath. We had requested an extra bed, but it wasn't there at our arrival.
